卜辭中的命辭是否都是疑問句，學者間頗有爭論。本文論證《詩經》裡「其雨」的用法不是疑問句；並據此推測卜辭中相同結構的卜雨之辭和其他的命辭，從性質上看也可能不都是疑問句。

This paper examines the usage of “qi yu” (it rains) in the Book of Odes and proves that the phrase is either declarative or imperative but not interrogative. It is, therefore, very possible that the charges (ming ci) in oracle bone inscriptions about the rain and other kinds of charges would not be interrogative in nature.
