     提升教師專業素質是各國教育革新的重要課題,具體方式是構建完善的教師檢覈制度。美國全國教學專業標準委員會(National Board for Professional Teaching Standards,NBPTS)發展的全國教學專業標準檢覈(NBPTS certification),廣受各界人士重視和支持,影響教學和州檢覈的改革極深。本文即探討有關該檢覈標準的研發組織、發展流程、發展理念、分類體系、結構、內容等課題,進行整理、闡述、比較分析和評論。最後,提出若干啟示供教育行政主管機關參考。
     The important theme of the nation's educational revolution in the world is to improve the teacher's professional qualities and the concrete policy is to construct a fine teacher certification system. National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) have developed the NBPTS certification that is popular with populace and influence deeply the revolutions of teaching and state certification in America. The study discuss and comment the organization, developmental process, developmental ideas, classified frame, structures and contents about the certified standards of NBPTS certification. Finally, it gives some suggestions to the educational administration.
