目的：本研究經由調查我國精神科專科醫師訓練醫院團體心理治療訓練現況，做為加強團體心理治療訓練督導的依據。方法：採問卷調查法，以自編「精神科專科醫師訓練醫院團體心理治療訓練現況調查表」寄請台灣地區所有35家精神科專科醫師訓練醫院的培訓委員或訓練計劃負責人填寫，共回收23份調查表，總回收率65.7%。結果：共有20家醫院（78.0%）設定團體心理治療為專科醫師訓練的必修課程，有17家醫院（73.9%）提供訓練課程。團體心理治療訓練課程執行所遭遇最主要的困難是缺乏穩定的住院醫師來源以及團體心理治療訓練師資不足。結論：團體心理治療訓練在我國精神科醫師培訓中尚屬普遍，共訓計劃可能是解決缺乏穩定的住院醫師來源以及團體心理治療訓練師資不足等問題的方法。

　　　　　Objectives: The study aimed to survey group psychotherapy training in approved psychiatric resident programs in Taiwan. Methods: A self-constructed questionnaire was individually mailed to the directors of 35 approved psychiatric resident programs in Taiwan. Twenty-three were returned, and the response rate was 65.7%. Results: Group psychotherapy was a required course in 20 (78.0%) resident programs. Seventeen programs (73.9%) offered group psychotherapy training from July 1999 to June 2000. The most frequently reported difficulty affecting group psychotherapy training was insufficient trainee and supervisor numbers. Conclusion: Most psychiatric training programs include a group psychotherapy course. Combined training programs for group therapy may address the problem of small trainee and supervisor numbers.
