在全球產業正快速進入電腦與資訊科技主導的e時代環境中，企業資訊網路已逐漸打破傳統官僚體系組織結構所形成的組織機能性障礙。為了使企業繼續朝低成本經營目標，在這樣關係網路中的企業策略可採用虛擬組織或是策略聯盟兩種模式，因此本研究主要是透過對臺灣傳統產業已經進行虛擬組織或策略聯盟實務經營的企業，透過深入訪談與問卷調查的研究方法，整理分析出臺灣傳統產業e化過程採用虛擬組織或策略聯盟之決策因素。

　　　　　It has led worldwide industries to rapid developing in the e era. Building the enterprise information network result in breaking down the traditional organizational hierarchy. For the purpose of keeping breaking down the operation cost, enterprises seek alliances in order to strengthen their competence advantage. In this paper, we compare the effects on two business models—Virtual Organization and Strategic Alliance. By interviewing and conducting questionnaire with the businesses that have been running either one of these two business models, we elaborate on finding the decision criteria for the process of becoming e-Business, particularly for Taiwan's traditional industry.
