本文主要探討臺北大眾捷運系統之執法課題，文中首先說明捷運執法之意義與內涵，其次說明捷運執法之警察任務與法令依據，以及現行臺北捷運警察之組織與人力情況。而後，本文分析臺北捷運乘客之違規情形與類型，並剖析各項捷運執法課題。最後本文則針對這些課題研擬相對應之對策。本文之研究成果，可以作為臺北市政府擬定捷運執法重點與策略之參考。

　　　　　This study focuses on the law enforcement issues in Taipei rapid transit system. It firstly explains the meaning of law enforcement in transit system. Secondly, it explores the police duties and regulations of transit enforcement, and shows the current transit police organization and manpower in Taipei rapid transit system. Thirdly, it analyzes on amount and the variety of violent behaviors. From the discussions on the enforcement issues, it also describes the related countermeasures. The findings of this study could be referenced for Taipei City Government determining the enforcement strategies.
