     防爆型電氣設備使用於潛存易燃性氣體的環境,為必要之安全防範措施。然而這些電氣設備防爆功能能否正常發揮,除了先期之設計、選用、安裝須注意外,設備使用期中之正確有效的維護保養亦是非常重要。耐壓型防爆電氣設備是使用數量較多之傳統電氣防爆設備,為使建立之維護保養查核表較完整,本研究先使用失效模式分析方法,分析耐壓防爆設備所有故障可能發生之原因,再依分析結果建立設備維修查核表,因此較完整。使用中之防爆電氣設備之維修與現場安裝時之附屬裝置有很大關係,因此,相關之配線方式及環境因素亦列入檢討,以做為維修前之檢查項目基準,依查核表逐項檢查可以發現設備裝置可能之問題,再針對問題點加以解決,可使維護工作事半功倍。
     Explosionproof electrical equipment in flammable gas atmosphere is widely used to insure safety. To enhance the function of explosion proof devices, they must be carefully designed, selected, installed, and maintained during their lifecycle. To identify potential problems, a checklist using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is designed to identify all possible events to generate the root causes. For maintenance of explosionproof electrical devices, items connected to the apparatus are important as well. Therefore, external factors relating to the explosionproof devices are also included in the checklist. With this checklist, potential problems can be identified and corrected effectively.
