脫水對運動表現的負面影響已有廣泛地研究,根據許多的研究指?只要是中度的脫水(2%以上的體重減少)就會降低運動表現;同時核心體溫亦會上升,增加熱病發生率。因此,對於運動後大量脫水、連續出賽及某些體重分級的選手而言,如何在運動後快速的復水(rehydration)的狀態,是相當重要的課題。因此本文除了說明脫水對運動表現的負面影響外,主要在於討論如何於短時間內快速地達到未脫水狀態(enhydration)。針對影響復水過程中的各種因素和一般常見的飲料的復水效應,加以討論,目的在於為運動員尋找適當且能快速復水的飲料和飲用法。

The negative influence of dehydration to sport performance was broadly researched. According to the studies, medium dehydration (>2% body weight) will decrease sport performance; enhance the rate of hot disease, and the core body temperature will also increase. Thus, for those were exercise-induced, serial gamed and weight classification athletes, it's a very important topic of how to rehydrate rapidly and avoid the status of hypohydration per-game. Thus, beside the negative infiuence of dehydration to sport performance, this article is mainly discussing about how to reach the status of euhydration rapidly, especially discussing about the factors and the rehydration effects during the process of rehydration.
