     本研究主要在探討不同冷療方式與時間對皮膚血流和溫度之影響,以12名健康男性為研究對象,接受冰敷方式的10分鐘、20分鐘、30分鐘冷療,冰按摩方式的10分鐘、20分鐘、30分鐘冷療,冰水療方式的10分鐘、20分鐘、30分鐘冷療。研究結果顯示,只有冰敷30分鐘的療程對皮膚血流的影響沒有達顯著差異(P>.05),其住冷療對皮膚血流、皮膚溫度的影響皆達到顯著差異(P<.05)。冰敷10分鐘與冰敷20分鐘、30分鐘的冷療對皮膚溫度的影響達到顯著差異(P<.05),冰敷20分鐘與30分鐘之間沒有達到顯著差異(P>.05),不同方式的冷療對皮膚溫度的影響皆達到顯著差異(P<.05),不論冷療時間是多久。
     The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effects of different modes and time of cryotherapy on skin blood flow and skin temperature. Twelve healthy subjects were tested under four conditions: ice pack, ice massage, cold water submersion (10, 20, 30 minutes). During each session the skin blood flow and the skin temperature measurement were taken: before treatment, at the end of treatment, and 60 minutes following the conclusion of each treatment. The result showed that: 1、All measurements right after the application of different modes and time of cryotherapy were significantly differed than the measurements before the treatments; however, only ice pack for 30 minutes did not significantly change the skin blood flow. 2、Regardless the modes of cryotherapy, all treatments in this study significantly reduced skin temperature.
