Recently, the number of internet users increases rapidly to promote electronic commerce, therefore, the enterprises could creative new business channel to offer their customers more value-added service on Internet. Because of outstanding manufacture ability and product elasticity, the computer system industry in Taiwan receives the international OEM/ODM orders repeatedly. But, being faced with a series of challenges-intense global competition, how to develop more value-added global logistics management models to provide customer product or service rapidly in lower cost becomes the most important task of the computer system industry. This article adopts the multiple-case study method for exploratory research. According to several successful experiences of the enterprises in Taiwan, we could investigate the determinants of developing global logistics management model in computer system industry. The result of the article may become reference for the managers of other enterprises.
