本研究以社會資訊處理模式來探討高中學生對於軍人的職業特性認知、資訊來源管道和職業選擇傾向之間的關係,以作為改進招生問題的參考。研究發現:家庭資訊來源會直接影響職業選擇傾向,以感性訴求為主,學校資訊來源會影響職業特性認知,以理性訴求為主,社會資訊則會影響認知和職業選擇傾向,感性與理性兼具。因此建議增加高中學生對於軍人的資訊,檢討法令與執行,以增進學生報考軍校的意願。
This article applies the social information processing model to explore the relationship between high school students’ perception of occupational characteristics toward military, information source channel and intention of career selection in order to improve recruitment problem. The study gests following findings: family information sources which may directly influence intention of career selection are mainly emotional, school information sources which may influence perception of occupational characteristics are mainly intellectual, and social information sources which may influence perception of occupational characteristics and intention of career selection are both intellectual and emotional. Therefore, this research suggest that national defense department supplies high school students more positive information about military and review present rules and administration in order to attract high school students to attend the entrance examination of military academies.
