傳統□管制圖的三個管制參數 (抽樣間隔h、樣本數n和管制界限係數k) 在製程監視過程中均為固定,屬於靜態管制圖。近年有許多理論證明適應性□管制圖在偵測製程平均數跳動上的效率較傳統□管制圖為佳,這些適應性□管制圖色括變動抽樣間隔(VSI)、變動樣本數(VSS)、變動樣本數與間隔(VSSI)和變動管制參數(VP)等□管制圈。本文回顧這些適應性□管制圖之管制程序,並相互比較其偵測製程平均數跳動之效率。研究結果顯示在製程平均數小幅度跳動時,VP □管制圖的偵測效果較佳;在製程平均數發生中幅度跳動時,VSI □管制圖的偵測效果較住;當製程平均數大幅度跳動時,標準Shewhart (SS) □管制圖的偵測結果較好。此外,本文亦對適應性□管制圖之經濟性設計作一簡單的文獻回顧。最後,並提出適應性管制圖未來可能的研究方向。
The conventional □ charts use fixed control parameters (sampling interval, sample size and control limit coefficient) to monitor the process. Recent theoretical studies demonstrated that the adaptive charts are quicker than the traditional control chart in detecting shifts in the process. The purpose of this paper is to review the design and operation of adaptive □ charts, and to compare the adaptive charts in tems of the measures of performance. The VP (variable parameters) □ chart is more sensitive than other charts in detecting small process shifts. The VSI (variable sampling intervals) □chart is substantially quicker in detecting moderate process shifts. The major advantages of Shewhart charts are their simplicity and their speed in detecting large shifts. In addition, this paper make a brief review to the economic design of adaptive □ control charts. Furthermore, we propose the directions for furture research.
