Taking the groups of operation in Military Information Department and related superiors or experts as research samples, we attempt to list out the problems often found in Military Information Security management, through the use of opinion polls and 6-3-5 brain-storming method. Then, according to the severity, urgency, and compass, we classify the problems, list out the priority sequences, and propose prevention strategies and view points of countering. Thus, we could provide all the related units with references for self-examination. Goals to be an achieved: 1. Provide a way to solve Information Security problems, under the emergent circumstances. 2. Examine quickly the possible factors affecting Information Safety inside the organizations. 3. Provide the superiors of the information-related units with basic self-examination entries. 4. Provide the related units with bases of planning the Information Security Education, situation designing or reasoning, hoping to build up a consensus and capability of Information war among the officers and soldiers of all ranks.
