非均相高分子樹脂觸媒氧化程序對染料廢水的去色作用具有良好的處理效果,本研究於批次反應器中應用高分子樹脂觸媒處理反應性染料廢水,反應20分鐘後的出流水之真色度低於20,且其去色力達95%以上,變化不同之操作參數,包括:反應溫度、污染物濃度,反應時間、ph值、氧化劑與觸媒之使用量等,探討該氧化程序對反應性染料廢水處理效率之影響。由結果顯示,高分子樹脂觸媒對200ppm以下染料廢水之處理效率受反應溫度與氧化劑使用量之影響較觸媒使用量顯著。
The heterogeneous polymer resin catalyst oxidation process can achieve the high performance decolorization of wastewater. In this study, the color removal is higer than 95% and ADMI value of effluent wastewater is lower than 20 during 20 minutes in batch reactor. The result showed that the activity of resin catalyst strongly depended on the reaction condition. The influent factors, such as reaction temperature, pollutant concentration, reaction time, pH,□□ concentration, and dose of catalyst e.g., of wastewater oxidation were studies in this investigation. The result showed that the performance of resin catalyst showed strongly dependence on the reaction temperature and oxidation agent but rather the catalyst dose and dye concentration below 200ppm.
