The man purpose of this article is to explore some related ethical issues when leading a counseling group. First, the author lists some possible ethical problems that might happen in different stages of a counseling group. Then, based on the ethical rules form ASGW (Association for Specialists in Group Work), the author tries to discuss some appropriate ways in dealing with these problems. Finally, five different kinds of circumstances are provided as group counseling cases to stimulate more considerations regarding the issues of group counseling ethics.
