題名:持久性運動訓練對老化的神經終板之影響

本文以文獻探討方式針對持久性運動訓練對老年鼠神經終板之影響進行討論,文中以ZIO染色法, Silver-impregnation染色法和 Cholinesterase染色法對老年鼠的比目肌和伸趾長肌進行染色,使用光學顯微鏡連結測量軟體進行形態學的測量。綜合各種文獻結果可知除了C57BL/6Nnia鼠以外,其它不同鼠種之神經終板分枝數目和長度會隨著年齡增加而逐漸減少,但經過持久性運動訓練後卻會增加。這種神經分枝長度的增加乃是神經支配的範圍加大,神經分枝數目的增加,則主要是促使傳導物質的釋出增加,這種形態上的改變乃是由於所實施的運動訓練而造成肌肉收縮功能上的需要有關,故可推測持久性運動訓練對於老年鼠神經終板的老化減緩是有所助益的。
