題名:學前幼兒對食物辨識及對食物分類概念研究

     本研究旨在探討,學前幼兒對食物的認知概念,內容包括三方面:(1)幼?對食物、非食物的辨識;(2)幼?對健康食物、非健康食物的辨識;(3)幼兒食物分類概念。研究樣本為120位就讀於幼兒園二至五歲幼兒,以一對一方式進行食物辨識及分類測試與訪談。研究結果顯示,大多數幼兒都能辨識食物、非食物;然當物品形狀與食物相似時,有約50%二至四歲幼兒偌可能誤判;超過一半以上二至四歲幼兒,認為所有食都是健的食物。幼兒對食物的分析,主要是依據食物感官上的相似性,或食物的關係、功能,而不是根據食物在營養上的物質來分類;最常被幼兒用作作為食物分類的依據,是食物外形上的相似性;學前幼兒進行食物分類時,缺少系統、階層分類的能力,對同一食物,在同一次分類活動中,常出現中途改變分類依據的現象。研究結果將從幼兒認知發展,及幼兒對食物所具有的知識兩方面來討論。
