Results of research have showed that electronic business has been helpful in raising enterprises competitive advantage by increasing the efficiency of service speed through providing concurrent and reliable service with lower cost. However implementation of the applied systems for electronic business does not guarantee the success of substantial efficiency. We have categorized the core problem into four points during implementing the electronic business after our analysis of electronic business failure: 1) overemphasize in information technology, 2) cannot bring out a superior business flow, 3) unable to focus on core business, and 4) not being able to connect tightly all the partners among whole supply chain. The focal purpose of our research is to study the characteristics of modularity, dispersing and reorganizing the business major related activities, with what makes the enterprises in building the superior business flow, focusing on the core business and tightening up the functions of the partners within the supply chain with respect to the above mentioned problems 2) to 4). The result of our research is helpful in patching up the shortcomings of the prevailing electronic business model as well as for the theoretical base for building up the competitive electronic business model.
