　　　　　圖書館引進自動化系統後，為求電腦化能夠順利進行，勢必在組織特性上有所因應，以期將人工作業與電腦系統作最佳的配合，並使自動化系統的運作得以發揮最大效益。本研究首先整理有關組織特性與系統使用以及衡量系統運作成效等相關探討文獻，再藉由訪談及問卷調查方法，瞭解受訪圖書館的組織特性以及自動化系統的運作情況，並探討組織特性與系統運作成效的相關性，最後根據分析結果提出研究建議以供參考。
　　　　　To get the best profit from the automated library system, it is necessary to make innovation in the library organizational context. This article try to study the relationship between organizational characteristics and the effectiveness of library automation system. By interview and questionnaire study, the results are described.
