The purposes of this article include: exploring the ability that has to be shown in a N3 case report, how to write each part of the report, the common problems encountered and the attention has to be paid. It also compares the differences between a case report and a case study, and describes the psychological preparation before submitting a manuscript. Hopefully, it will have some benefits to someone who is interested in writing a case report.
