公路隧道屬一大型密閉空間,發生火災時必造成隧道內高溫及熱氣濃煙,逃生及滅火活動均會受到阻隔,尤其如因水源或水量不足之影響之下,救災滅火活動即無法發揮效果。火災之搶救首重初期滅火,初期滅火如失敗的話,常造成更嚴重的人命危害、擴大延燒,甚至隧道結構崩塌。本文藉隧道火災境況及世界各國災例進行分析,探討國內外隧道中消防設備設置之現況及理念。
The road tunnel is a large enclosed space. The evacuation and fire suppression will be obstructed because fire occurs inside a tunnel with high temperature, heat in air and in air and intensive smoke. Particularly, when it lacks the source of water supply and it will not have any effective in emergency rescue and fire suppression. It is most important to make emergency rescue within the first five minutes during fire incidents. If fire suppression is failure in initial stage and it often occurs serious damage for human life, fire widespread and the collapse of tunnel construction. Hence, it sues fire scenario of tunnel and fire cases in the world to analyses in this paper. Furthermore, it probes into the current condition and management of the fire Protection equipments installation inside tunnel in Taiwan and other countries.
