     本文旨在探討美國學術和職業課程整合的發展與實施成效,並據以規劃台灣技職一貫課程之參考。首先從美國和台灣地區學術與職業教育整合的發展與演變著手,以瞭解現行學術與職業課程整合措施,在不同時期所具有的時代意義和貢獻;接著分析學術與職業課程整合的模式、內涵、和實施範例;最後就引進學術與職業課程整合措施提出五項結論,作為教育各級單位和學校教師努力的方向:(1)成立專責機構負責推動課程整合的發展與研究;(2)擴大學術與職業課程整合的實施;(3)引進不同的學術與職業課程整合模式;(4)提供學校當局的行政支援與承諾;(5)鼓勵教師創造專業發展的機會和認知。
