　　　　　由於全球經濟的低迷，許多產業面臨解散或縮編的情形，而在非營利組織的機構中，是該在這大環境下做一番革命性的改變以求得生存？抑或讓事業結束？募款的機制在國外已成常態，而在臺灣正逐漸蔓延。圖書館事業也必然在這樣的情勢下，做出相對的因應與策略；在這樣新的課題中，如何就國內的情形並參酌國外的經驗，規劃出合宜的做法，讓圖書館事業的生命生生不息，是本文的重點。
　　　　　Due to the sluggish economics and budget cuts, it is hard to run effectively for nonprofit institution. Fund-raising is common in foreign, and will be a trend in Taiwan. The aim of the article is consider local circumstances and refer foreign experiences in order to plan the strategies for library fund-raising activities.
