本研究探討並實證臺灣高科技公司資訊導向工作、知識管理的過程與知識效能之關係;即檢驗組織員工的資訊導向工作,透過知識管理的過程是否對知識效能有影響。研究對象是以高科技公司的員工,採取立意抽樣方式發出400份問卷,有效樣本有93份,採用相關分析與迴歸分析作為實證工具。研究結果發現,組織員工資訊導向工作中,「資訊的吸收」與「資訊的交換」對知識管理的過程與知識效能呈現正相關;且知識管理的過程對知識效能亦呈現正相關;而在中介效果上,知識效能的提升可透過提高「資訊的吸收」與「資訊的交換」,並經由知識管理的過程來達成,亦即知識管理的過程對資訊的吸收、資訊的交換與知識效能的關係存有中介效果;最後提出相關研究的結論、研究限制與建議以供參考。
This study is to verify the relationship of users’ information-oriented tasks and the affects of knowledge effectiveness through the knowledge management process. The research object is aimed at the employees of the high-tech corporations in Taiwan. There are 93 valid questionnaires are empirically analyzed by applying the methods of factor and regression analysis. Findings of the study indicate that the users’ information-oriented tasks and the satisfaction of knowledge management can be expressed significantly related by raising information of absorbing, and knowledge management process. It is such that knowledge management process has complete moderation effect of information absorbing and knowledge satisfaction. Finally, there are some conclusions, limitations and suggestions provided for the future stusy.
