題名:改善鼻中膈彎曲手術病患對手術室護理人員的手術前護理指導滿意度

     本專案目的主要針對鼻中膈彎曲手術病患對手術室護理人員的手術護理指導滿意度進行探討與改善,以提升病患接受手術時的護理指導滿意度。就本專案現況的滿意度調查結果得知,鼻中膈彎曲手術病患對手術室護理人員提供手術前護理指導的整體滿意程度為3.68分,表示滿意程度介於「滿意」及「尚可」之間,顯示本專案仍有改善的空間;並且於現況中發現護理人員對護理指導知識欠缺完整性與護理指導技能不足、未建立完整的護理指導計劃及護理指導標準。因此綜合以上之缺失,進行本專案之改善方案:舉辦鼻中膈彎曲手術相關護理指導在職教育訓練、制訂鼻中膈彎曲手術前護理指導單及建立完整的護理指導措施。經過本專案改善後,鼻中膈彎曲手術病患對手術室護理人員的手術前護理指導滿意度由改善前的3.68分提高為4.45分,顯示滿意程度明顯地提升至「滿意」及「相當滿意」之間;所以透過此專案的改善後,建立完整性的護理指導措施,使手術病患能獲得滿意的個別性與連續性的護理照護。
     The purpose of the project was to improve the satisfaction level towards pre-operative nursing instruction among nasal septum deviation operation patients. Before the improvement program, the overall satisfaction towards the nursing instruction was 3.68, indicating that the level was between "acceptable" and "satisfied". After analyzing the potential aspects for improvement, the nursing staffs received a series training on pre-operative instruction, prepared a list of pre-operative guidance, and established a system for measuring the completeness of the instruction. After the improvement program, the satisfaction level became 4.45, indicating that the level was between "satisfied" and "very satisfied". The program not only improved the nursing staffs' abilities to provide pre-operative instruction but also ensured the patients receive individualized and continuous nursing care.
