  本研究之目的,在探討短期增補肌酸對身體組成、肝腎功能及等述性肌肉表現的影響。本研究採雙盲實驗設計,將16 名女性運動選手(平均年齡23. 8±2. 1歲、平均身高16 1. 9±4. 9cm 、平均體重54. 5±6. 3kg)隨機分成肌酸組與控制組,每組八名選手。肌酸組增補肌酸(每天20 公克、分四次服用、連續六天)及葡萄糖24 公克(每天4 公克、分四次服用、連續六天);控制組則服用安慰劑麥芽糊精及葡萄糖,其增補劑量、次數及天數與肌酸組相同。   實驗之第一及第八天,分別實施身體組成測量、血液生化檢驗及等迫性肌肉表現測驗。測驗所得資料,經以獨立樣本t考驗法、相依樣本配對t考驗法進行各項統計處理。結果,肌酸組在增補之後,肝腎功能指數並無顯著變化(p>. 05),體重、水分及水分百分比分別顯著增加0. 7kg 、1. 0kg 及1. 1%(p<. 05),快速收縮的等速性肌耐力顯著進步8.8%(p<. 05),並且顯著優於控制組(p<.05)。   經過討論之後,本研究獲得以下結論:一、增補肌暖可以顯著增加體重、水分重及水分百分比。二、增補肌酸並未損及肝臟與腎臟功能。三、增補肌酸對快速及慢速收縮的等速性最大肌力沒有顯著效果,但是,對於快速收縮的等速性肌耐力,則有顯著提昇。
  The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of creatine supplementation on the body composition, muscular performance of different contraction veolicty, and functions of liver and kidney. Double blind experimentation was used in this study. Sixteen female player (age=23.8±2.1 yrs, height=161.9±4.9cm, weight=54.5±6.6kg) were randomly divided into creatine group (n=8) and control group (n=B). The creatine group took creatine monohadrate six days (4 times/day and 5 g each time) and glucose six days (4 times/day and 1 g each time). The control group took maltodextrin and glucose as placebo. On the first and 8th days of experiment, the body composition, blood and urine test, and isokinetc muscular contraction test (slow velocity: 600/s , fast velocity: 2400/s )were performed. The data collected from the expertment was analyzed by the t-test, and pair t-test. After creatine supplementation, the creatine group have significantly increased body weight, water contain, percent of water contain, and muscular endurance of fast constraction (p<.05), but no changed on functions of liver and kidney (p> .05). The conclusions of this study are: creatine supplementation significant effect on body composition, enhance muscular endurance while fast contraction, has no negative effect on the liver and kidney function.
