題名:網路商店購物環境與消費者購買意願關聯性之研究

近年來,網路購物日益盛行,然卻少有研究從網站環境的角度出發,探討其對消費者的影響程度。為此,本研究主要針對以下三項問題進行探討:1.實體購物環境所發展之構面,是否適用於網路購物情境或需要進行修改?2.不同網路購物環境構面是否會對消費者購買意願產生影響,其影響程度又是如何?3.瞭解網路購物環境與?類者購買意願之關係,是否會因為產品知識之不同而有所差異。 研究結果顯示,以Bitner (1992).為主之實體購物環境所發展之構面,於網路購物情境中需進行適度的修改。此外「網站聽覺環境」、「網站視覺環境」、「產品相關資訊之提供」、「網路商店形象」等不同網路購物環境構面,對網路消費者購買意願均產生不同程度的影響。最後,本研究亦發現網站視覺環境對消費者購買意願之影響,會因顧客主觀產品知識之不同而產生差異。
Despite the shakeout in Internet retailing, online shopping continues to grow. In response, this study investigates the relationship between online store atmospherics and consumer behavioral intention. After an empirical survey of 370 respondents, the results indicate that several dimensions of the online store atmospherics have positive impacts on customer behavioral intention. Therefore, the results of this study can be applies to develop e-service strategy of a company in accordance with customer perceptions.
