本研究旨在探討高科技產業知識管理人員所需具備之能力內涵。為有效達成研究目的,本研究採用文件分析(document analysis)、訪談法(interview)、及德懷術調查(Delphi technique)等方法。在訪談方面,選取國內四名高科技產業公司之主管與知識管理工作者,進行深入的訪談;在德懷術調查方面,共選取二十一位諮詢專家,包括高科技產業之高階主管、知識管理工作者及學術界相關領域學者,進行三次的意見徵詢工作。經由上述過程,本研究歸納出高科技產業知識管理人員所需之主要能力,以及各項能力的細部能力,以提供今後各培訓單位課程發展與設計,以及高科技產業導入知識管理時,人員的選取與任派之參考。
This study was aimed to explore the competency denotation of knowledge management (KM) professionals in high-tech industries. In order to accomplish the purpose, several methods were utilized, such as document analysis, interview, and Delphi technique. Four interviews were conducted with two executives and two knowledge managers of high-tech companies. According to the above two results, the Delphi questionnaire was developed and three rounds of data collection were implemented with 21 experts from the high-tech industries and academics. After the process of statistical analysis, five core competencies and ten detailed competencies that KM professionals should possess were generalized. The result of this study would be a reference to training and education institutes in curriculum development and design and to high-tech industries in recruitment of well-qualified staff.
