宋代黨派之事，接連不斷，新法黨與舊法黨之爭是其代表。現已有很多學者關于上述黨派之淨著書立說，但何為”朋黨”，至今仍無定論。筆者目前就朋黨思考的結論是這樣的。朋黨，就是在社會或經濟上處于優勢地位的個體，給比自己地位低的個體以保護和利益，而形成在一般情況下後者支持和協助前者的兩者間的基本關係方式，這種關係經過兩個階段完成向政治集團的轉變。首先，通過地緣、血緣、婚姻、學問、職業等日常生活中的各種緣皆形成原生的以某個個體為中心的關係網。後來、因在政策方針與思想上的共鳴、決定政策過程中的利益關係的追求、與其它政治家的對立、抗爭等因素，個人與個人被連在一起，演變為政治集團。 我在以前寫的論文＜宋代の言路官について＞裡，以《續資治通鑑長編》為中心考了元祐黨人的政治關係網。結果發現元祐黨人的核心力量是被稱為”劉摯黨人”的集團，他們積極發揮”言路”官的作用，批評彈劾新法黨和新法政策，推行舊法的方針路線。 本篇文為了進一步考察”劉摯黨人”的情況，對《忠肅集》墓誌銘進行了分析。通過對墓誌銘的分析，證實劉摯的人際關係網與他出生的故鄉(河北東路)和生活的根據地(京東東路鄲州)有著密不可分的聯繫。尤其更引人注意的是，劉摯以母方陳氏為媒介，通過地緣、血緣、婚姻、學問、萻業等關係、營建了一個日常關係網。

There were many factional strife in Song dynasty. The strife between Xin-fa dang (新法黨) and Jiu-fa dang (舊法黨) was the most famous. Many scholars have researched these factions (Peng-dang朋黨), but they can’t prove what Peng-dang is. I also researched this theme and acquired the following result. Peng-dang was based on all sorts of daily life relationships including family, hometown, school, and occupation. These relationships united various political relationships and developed into Peng-dang. When I analyzed the network of Jiu-fa dang with the material of Chang-bian (長編), I acquired the following facts. Among Jiu-fa dang, Liu-zhi dang was the leading faction, and made use of avenues of criticism (言路官) in order to impeach Xin-fa dang and abolish most of bills made by Xin-fa dang. This time I analyzed the network of Liu-zhi dnag (劉摯黨) with epitaphs of Zhong-su ji (忠肅集) written by Liu-zhi. As a result of this research, I concludes that this network was based on the relationships of his birthplace and inhabitant place. He constructed various social networks such as regional relationships, blood relationships, marriage relationships, academic relationships, and occupational relationships by the medium of maternal people who lived in Yun-zhou(鄲州).
