題名:高濃度氧氣對激烈運動後之乳酸、血氧飽和值及血糖之影響

本研究目的主要在探討激烈運動後給予較高濃度氧氣對運動員之乳酸、血糖及血氧飽和值的影響。受試者為大學男子排球代表隊12名,平剛年齡22.66±1.92歲,平均身高176.50±4.94公分、平均體重7.3.83±7.48公斤,依隨機分配為正常氧氣組與32%氧氣組。受試者在進行連續扣球25球,耗時2分5秒的運動訓練後,32%氧氣組立即配帶面罩給予32%氧氣比例之氣體,正常氧氣組則隨受試者個人需求自行控制呼吸。恢復期檢測時間設定為一小時,在第3、5、7、10、15、30、60分鐘分別採血檢測乳酸與血糖值及第0、1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10分鐘量測血氧飽和值。經獨立樣本(t-test)檢定結果:一、32%氧氣組與正常氧氣組在60分鐘恢復期中血乳酸濃度上並無顯著差異(p>.05)。二、血氧飽和值在第4~5分鐘32%氧氣組有顯著增加(t=2.58, p<.05)。三、血糖方面,32%氧氣組在第十五分鐘與第六十分鐘時有明顯的下降,達顯著差異(t=-2.55, -2.65, p<0.5)。本研究結論為:32%氧氣比例能有效的使激烈運動後血液中血氧飽和值上昇,但不會影響激烈運動後靜態恢復的乳酸濃度,而對血糖則有加速降低的功能。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects between high (32%) normal (21%) oxygen on blood lactate (BL), blood glucose (BG), and arterial oxygen saturation (SaO□) after intense exercise. Methods: Twelve males (age=22.66 ± 1.92 years, height=176.50±4.94cm, and body weight=73.83±7.48kg) were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received 32% oxygen and he control group received 20% oxygen. Blood samples were taken after subjects had had performed continued volleyball spike 25 times. The BL and BG were test on the samples taken at 3,5,7,10,15,30 and 60 minutes after the exercise and the SaO□ was monitored right after the exercise and every minute in the first 1- minutes after that. Data were compared between these 2 groups by independent t-test. Result: The BL was not statistically different between two groups. The SaO□ was higher in the experimental group than in the control group at the 4th to 5th minute after exercise. The BG was lower in the experimental group than in the control group at 15 and 60 minutes after exercise. Conclusion: This study suggested that high concentration oxygen would probably increase arterial oxygen saturation and recover BG after intense exercise. The effect of high concentration oxygen on removing BL was not clear, at least during the first hours after exercise. More studies with larger sample size are recommended.
