     營建工程建設因其具有(1)對社會影響力大、(2)投資金額龐大、(3)工程內容繁複、(4)施工工期長、(5)投資回收期長等特性,致使營建工程生命週期中充滿著許多風險。將如何降低、預防風險的發生與其應對,正是營建風險管理之目標。 本計畫探討營建工程以水庫工程為例之生命週期中所有不確定因素或風險,分析其可能產生之衝擊,並擬定有效方法來達成工程目標。本計畫針對營建工程以水庫工程為例,探討風險管理主要內容,配合臺灣工程實例,加以詳加研究,以提供營建工程管理、決策之參考與應用。 研究主要內容 ,包括營建工程以水庫工程為例計有:風險確認、風險分析、風險處理三項。風險確認,在探討營建工程風險之認知與辨識。風險分析,在探討營建工程因風險事件所引起之災害模式,其包括災害可能性(機率)、災害損失大小及其影響等。風險處理在探討風險處理措施,包括減緩風險之方案研究及方案評估比較等,以求得最適風險處理方案。
     The core content of risk management study in construction projects of reservoir is to identify and analyze all uncertain factors involved naturally of artificially that could posssibly cause the failure of projects and find an effective way to minimize the negative impact of these factors in order to achieve the goal of each project. Therefore, in this study we are trying to address the frequent subjects in risk management along with the characteristeds of engineering construction environment in Taiwan. We also use cases study to illustrate the appropriate methods and techniques of risk management for local construction projects of reservoir to provide the reference and application for construction work management decision making. Scope of study includes risk identification, risk analysis, and risk treatment. The risk identification is to investigate the risk recognition and identification. The risk analysis is to study the potential hazards and losses with the possible construction project failure. Risk treatment is to find better measures to fend off the malpractice in local construction in order to reduce construction project risk.
