知識管理是影響組織競爭力的重要因素之一。然而如何有效的進行知識管理卻仍然是學術界與實務界關心,卻沒有定論的議題。知識創造是知識管理中重要的因素之一。然而過去很少能有研究針對知識創造的影響因子進行理論與實證的研究。本研究因此希望能對此作出深入的研究。本研究參考過去關於知識創造的相關理論,彙整出一個理論架構,此一架構指出知識創造可以由三種不同的思考觀點進行分析,分別是「資料應用與資訊管理」做為知識創造的實體面要素、「組織學習機制」做為影響知識創造的邏輯面要素、以及「組織情境」做為影響前述因子的調和效用。研究結果顯示,有效的資訊管理策略對知識創造有正面的影響。組織學習機制也同樣對知識創造有正面幫助。三種不同的組織情境效果,亦即管理風格、組織架構、獎勵制度,皆正面的加強了「資訊管理與組織學習機制的混合效果」與「知識創造」間的關係。本研究同時對結果在學術與實務上的啟發進行討論,因此對於「知識創造」的學術研究與應用具有意義。
A comprehensive and feasible model that delineates the interrelationships among diversified learning mechanisms, information management, organizational context and knowledge creation is absent. This study aims to fill this void. First, we propose a framework to identify the relationships among data management strategy, i.e. distributed data application and administration (DDAA), organizational learning mechanisms (OLM), and knowledge creation. Moreover, this framework also specifies the role of organizational context for moderating the aforementioned relationships. The empirical results show; (1) The composite effect of DDAA is positively related to knowledge creation; (2) The composite effect of OLM is positively related to knowledge creation; and (3) All of the three context variables have positively impact on the influence of the composite effect of DDAA and OLM on knowledge creation. The implications of the study are discussed, and further research directions are proposed.
