本研究探討我國政府部門工作滿意與人力資源管理相關議題,討論構面包含人力資源管理方案、工作特性、工作系絡、工作滿意等。本研究成立八項假設,驗證之簡要結果如下:(a)公務員本身屬性與工作滿意關係,不是未達顯著水準,即呈現微弱相關;(b)人力資源管理政策對工作滿意呈現正相關;(c)但部分透過工作特性及工作象絡中介;(d)工作特性、工作系絡亦分別對公務員之工作滿意產生影響。
This research devotes more attention to the issues concerning human resource management (HRM), work characteristics, work context and work satisfaction in public sector. In this study, HRM programs were combined with an analysis of determinants of work satisfaction in Taiwan. Eight hypotheses were tested and the results show that: (a) public personnel's individual attributions have a nonsignificant and weakly positive effect on work satisfaction, (b) HRM programs have a positive effect, but (c) this effect is partially indirect and mediated by work characteristics and work context, (d) work characteristics and work context have different level of influences on public personnel’s perception of work satisfaction.
