本研究旨在探討智慧型溫泉旅館搜尋系統之建立，透過旅客對溫泉旅館的認知、看法及需求之調查，並訪談國內知名溫泉業者，瞭解溫泉旅館目前的經營狀況及特色。針對上述兩者分析的結果建構一智慧型溫泉旅館搜尋系統，除了提供民眾能迅速尋找何種類型之溫泉旅館最符合所需，並提供業者瞭解消費者之需求與偏好，作為溫泉旅館定價策略之參考。 本研究對溫泉旅館業者而言，能幫助業者作為決策支援系統（Decision Support Systems）包含：如何訂定溫泉房間價格、如何決定適合旅客之溫泉價位、如何決定溫泉旅館的類型、如何得知顧客喜愛的溫泉旅館形式、訂房方式與餐飲形式，使業者能更認識顧客、瞭解顧客，配合行銷方式，增加旅館利潤，提升溫泉旅館競爭力；對消費者而言，本系統具智慧性，能幫助消費者獲得溫泉旅館相關知識，提供消費者作為智慧型諮詢的管道。

The purpose of this research was to explore the development of an intelligent search system to the hot spring hotels, By surveying the tourists' perception, understanding and demand on hot spring hotels. Some interviewes with proprietors of hot spring hotels were performed to understand the operating status and characteristics on hot spring hotels. Focusing on the results of the above two factors analysis, a intelligent web-based search system to the hot spring hotel is established. In addition to providing the quick search on the hot spring hotels' information to fulfill their needs, the web-based expert system also proposes some consumer's behavior and preference based on the production rules built in the system for the supplies on pricing strategies purposes. For the hot springs' owners, this research can assist them in knowing and understanding better about their customers; increase marketing planning, promotehotel's profit, rise the core competence against other hot spring hotels, and provide the best practices to hot spring hotels' owners. On the other hand, the web-based expert system stores the knowledge and information for the hotspring hotel tourists through intelligence and user friendly interface. Several search engines were provided by the web-based expert system for the hotspring tourists to perform any specific queries.
