The purpose of the Army Command and Staff School of the Military College is to cultivate excellent field officers for national security to meet the goals of the National Defense University. Preserving national stability, prosperity and security from the military threats of potential enemies not only depends upon precision armed force weapon systems but also on advanced military education, which is what the Army Command and Staff School is doing. There for Fuzzy Integral Multi-Criteria Decision Making methodology was used to evaluate and select the best strategies for enhancing the educational effectiveness of the Army Command and Staff School. Evaluated were simplification of teaching subjects and curriculum, modification of teaching subjects and curriculum, elimination of any courses exercises that are irrelevant to the education mission, the ad hoc team for training and exericse, and the other team for study and research. The survey results showed that the elimination of the teachings and exercises that are irrelevant to the education mission had the highest utility score in satisfying the multiple-criteria, the second being simplification of teaching subjects and curriculum, and midification of teaching subject sand curriculum, the last the ad hoc team for study and research and the strategy, and the ad hoc team for training and exercise.
