本文的目的在說明作者從事遊戲治療與督導工作所沉澱下來的心得；首先呈現作者在進行遊戲治療時的「衡鑑--猜測（假設）--介入」架構並說明此架構的運用方式，接著簡要表述作者的遊戲治療理念及形成這些理念的心路歷程，最後則是表達作者對於遊戲治療的一些思考與反省。

The purpose of this paper is to present a play therapist’s case conceptualization model, which was formulated from many years of clinical experiences. The author first introduces an “Assessment--Guess（Hypothesis）--Intervention” working model and explains how the model works. Then the author lists his viewpoints of play therapy and discloses the psychological processes of the confrontation from the clients. Finally the author shows his thoughts and introspections of play therapy.
