題名:模糊多準則決策應用於證券公司評估關鍵能力

本研究之主要目的乃應用模糊多準則決策構建證券公關鍵能力之評估模式。首先,經由文獻之探討,輔以平衡計分卡之概念,並訪談證券業專業人員與學者之意見及問卷調查,據以篩選出二十六個證券業關鍵能力之評估準則。其次,透過價鏈出證券業之關鍵能力,並配合證券業者之意見,建構出證券業之價值鏈下的十三項關鍵能力。進而,結合模糊集合理論與多準則決策,建構一適合於證券公司關鍵能力之評估模式,使國內證券公司能在模糊決環境下,找出其關鍵能力,進而發展核心競爭力,俾使能在競爭劇烈之營環壢歎擁有持續性競爭優勢,以維擊企業之胅續經營。最後,以A證券公司詮釋本考所提出之評估關鍵能力模式之計算過程。研究結果顯示,該證券司之重要關鍵能力分別為專業人材培育、風險控管、顧客關係管理及公司形象經營。此一研究結果顯示該公司之關鍵能力相當符合證券業當前之需求。
