灰色理論中以灰色模型 (Grey Model, GM) 為理論的核心,將原始數據經過處理找出其內在規律性,建立灰色模型之後再進行預測,即為灰預測;而品質機能展開則提供了系統化的技術方法,有效率整合顧客需求、產品設計及製造的資訊,正確的建立產品或服務設計的品質標準。本研究將灰預測模型運用至品質機能展開,試著延伸品質機能展開之觀念,並利用灰預測模型只需少數數據即可達成相當程度準確性預測的特性,進一步預測顧客未來需求動態趨勢;主要目的為透過動態趨勢之分析,使企業於決策程序中能夠提高決策品質。
The grey forecasting model (GM) is the core of grey system theory. The grey system theory treats all variables as a grey quantity within a certain range. The GM model collects available data to obtain the internal regularity and examines the nature of internal regularity in managing the disorganized primitive data. The model was established by transferring the arranged sequence into a differential equation. On the other hand, quality function deployment integrates customer requirements, product designs, and manufacturing information efficiently. This paper extends the concept of quality function deployment and utilizes the characteristic that accurate prediction of grey forecasting model which only requires a limited amount of data to analyze the dynamic trend of customer requirements. The main purpose of this paper is to provide an enterprise to improve the quality of a decision through the dynamic trend of customer requirements.
