題名:簡確評估法應用於山崩敏感區推估之適宜性研究--以花蓮清水溪流域為例

桃芝颱風造成花蓮大興部落空前災難,人與大自然如何和諧共處,永績的土地利用乃成當前嚴肅面對的課題。本研究試就行政院農委會公布之水保技術規範的評估指標—簡確評估法,並以三種不同土地單元為素材,應用GIS與DTM之室內分析,了解花蓮清水溪流域之潛在山崩敏感區的基本特性,並配合野外實察加以相互印證,得出各山崩敏感度推估指標之差異性與適宜性,作為嗣後推廣應用和經營管理之參考。
Typhoon Tau-Chi has caused the devastating destruction of Dai-Shen Village and has led us to a serious topic of how human and nature should live harmoniously and co-depend on each other. This study follows the standard method of soil and water conservation act publicized by Council Agricu1ture Executive Yuan-simprecise method ,and there are 3 different units of soil used as research materials. This research uses GIS and DTM to analyze landslides and waterflow to understand the potential characteristics of sensitive relief. With the practical field work to testify the hypothesis, assumptions on the directions of distribution of relief can be conducted, which are useful references for future generation.
