This paper introduced a parctical classroom activity called the "Home Page Project" which is used with college students majoring in Japanese language. In the project, the students engaged in this project created the Home Page (HP) on the web by small-group learning. And then they must do an oral presentation to show their work in the class and receive feedback from viewers. As a result, through the activity, students' reading and writing skills in Japanese language were improved. That is, designing “Home Page Project” as a classroom activity is useful for Japanese language learning.
