The theme of this context depicted the contest between Country Tsu and Country Hamn in ancient China, which take Liu Bang as an example and probe deeply into the story in which Liu Ban, despite of his inferior circumstances, craftily manipulated the “psychological strategy” to turn back the disadvantaged situation, dare fight with weak against strong, defeat the formidable opponent Xiang Yu, and unify China; It draw the conclusion that Liu Bang, possess the personality characteristics of “knowing one's subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their abilities, can see clearly and understand thoroughly so as to insight the whole thing”, control the pulsation of psychological trends, strengthen the power of psychological strategies”, “reflecting his personal willpower and determined resolution, consolidate the prestige of leadership”, “mastering indirect artifice, enlarge psychological strategies”, thus create the successful factors of his life.
