本研究主要目的在檢測5種不同形狀握把握劍施力時拇指內收肌、橈側伸肌、橈側屈肌、尺側伸肌、尺側屈肌等工作肌群的負荷,以及對手腕關節活動角度的影響。並以國內大專院校擊劍代表隊選手8名為受試者,透過肌電訊號感應片收集握力肌群的肌電訊號均方根值;並輔以角規收集甩劍時手腕關節活動的角度。研究結果發現握把的設計會影響選手握劍肌群施力的平均度,握劍施力時五條工作肌群以子爵型的握把施力較為平均。其它握把施力時作用力會集中在拇指內收肌或橈側伸肌上,也因此長時間握劍容易造成該肌肉的疲勞,甚至導致慢性累積創傷。此外研究結果同時發現擊劍甩刺動作瞬間對於手腕關節的活動角度,包括尺偏、橈偏、腕屈和腕伸4個方向,雖然都在安全範圍內,但腕屈已達到活動角度最大值之78.6%,建議選擇子爵型握把,並藉助手套或握把角度的設計,避免造成手腕的傷害。
This study evaluated the influences of five handle types on the wrist motion angle and the workload of muscles: adductor pollicis; extensor carpi radiali; extensor carpi ulnaris; flexor carpi radiali; and flexor carpi ulnaris during fencing. The study found that the muscle strength distributed to the wrist was affected by the designing of the handle type. The Viscounti-type handle provided most uniform strengths for all the muscle groups. After using the rest of the handle type for a long period, the strengths concentrated on the adductor pollicis or extensor carpi radiali that easily cause muscle fatigue. Continued use will lead to the symptom of Cumulative Trauma Disorders. This study also found that the ulnar deviation, radial deviation, dorsi flexion and palmar flexion were in the normal range in fencing; however, the wrist flexion had already reached 78.6% of the maximum wrist motion angle. To avoid wrist injury, this study strongly suggested that choosing the Viscounti-type handle with gloves is much safer during fencing.
