題名:托尼非語文智力測驗對國小學術資優生篩選效果之研究

本研究主要目的在於探討托尼非語文智力測驗(Test of Nonverbal Intelligence二版,TONI-2)對學業資優生之篩選效果。主要的研究發現如下: 1.TONI-2達到與未達到資優標準之二組學生,當年級之國語、數學科達資優程度之百分比分別為50%、70%及77%、78%。 2.TONI-2達到與未達到資優標準之二組學生,其高一個年級之國語、數學測驗表現達資優標準之百分比分別為83%、57%及62%、63%。 3.國語、數學科測驗表現達當年級資優標準者,其TONI-2達到與未達到資優標準之百分比分別為23%、33%及77%、64%。 4.國語、數學測驗表現達高一個年級學業表現資優標準者,其TONI-2達到與未達到資優標準之百分比分別為38%、29%及62%、71%。 5.TONI-2智商與當年級之國語科、數學科及其高一個年級之國語科、數學科等各項學科之測驗表現,皆缺乏顯著之正相關。 6.與高一個年級之國語科或數學科測驗表現,相關程度最高者,各自為其當年級之該學科測驗表現。 7.國語與數學二個學科之測驗表現,不管當年級或高一個年級,彼此間皆缺乏顯著之正相關。 8.TONI-2智商達到與未達到資優標準之二組學生,其國語與數學科之測驗表現,皆無明顯差異。
The main purpose of this study was to analyze the validity of the TONI-2 in screening elementary students with academic giftedness. The major results were concluded as follows: 1. Taking 1.5 SD as the screening criteria of giftedness, subjects were divided into two groups. The group with TONI-2 IQ above 1.5SD and the group with TONI-2 IQ below 1.5SD. The percentages of current-grade’s verbal or mathematic performance of the former group were 50%、70% and the latter group 77%、78% respectively. 2. The percentages of subjects achieving the academic giftedness of the current-grade’s verbal or mathematics, the former group were 23%、33% and the latter group were 77%、64% respectively. 3. The performance of certain subject(either language or math)of current-grade was the most related variable to the same subject’s performance of the grade with one year above. 4. There weren’t significant correlations between the following variables:(a)TONI-2 IQ and both of the verbal and mathematic performances; (b)verbal and mathematic performances. 5. There weren’t significant differences on verbal and mathematic performances between these two groups.
