This study investigated the biomechanicsd of the different "Shuang-Fei-Yan" air postures (perpendicularity and anterior-tilt) jumping height and impact of landing. An EVaRT motion analysis system and two Kistler force platforms were used to collect data of single time and continuously four times jumps in three sets of twelve subjects. By means of the information, the biomechanical of "Shuang-Fei-Yan" can be better understood, can effectively be reduced because jumps cause lower extremity. After a statistical analysis with one-way ANOVA, the results indicated that: First, single time and continuously four times jumping the average height, are all higher by the anterior-tilt type. Second, single time and continuously four times jumping the vertical reacting force the biggest peak value, are all smaller by the anterior-tilt type. Third, in right-left comparison, the impact is bigger by the left leg. From the kinetics view-points, the rightleg had a better control throughout the landing.
