振動訓練是一種應用振動刺激,以提昇肌力表現的新興訓練手段。許多研究證實,一次性或長期性的振動訓練,可以有效提昇肌肉的力量、爆發力、發力率與肌電活動。 上述效應的生理機轉,主要在於神經肌肉的適應,諸如引發強直性反射收縮,可以促進牽張反射作用;同時激活快縮與慢縮肌纖維,可以動員更多運動單位;同時訓練主動肌與擷抗肌,可以改善肌群間協調作用。 振動訓練之各負荷變項間的最佳組合,迄無定論,有待研究。
