運動免疫學的研究主要著重於運動訓練過程中免疫機能所發生的變化規律,以及與生理機能關係的一門學科。由近年來研究証實,適度的運動能提高機體的免疫機能,過度的運動則會降低機體的免疫機能,使身體處於疾病易感染性提高的狀態。然而,運動是通過何種途徑或因素引起機體免疫功能的變化呢?顯然這是一個非常值得探討的問題。本文就機體中T細胞、B細胞和NK細胞等三種重要的淋巴免疫細胞與運動關聯的研究成果作進一步論述,並探討運動對免疫功能調節的可能機制。
