免疫是人體一項重要的生理功能,長時間高強度的激烈運動訓練會降低人體免疫細胞的數量及活性,進而降低人體抵禦外來病毒的能力。運動訓練增加了各項營養素的需求量,倘若運動選手在缺乏均衡的飲食,導致營養攝取不均的情況,所造成的傷害更為嚴重。本文將以人體免疫系統、激烈運動對免疫功能的影響以及各類營養素與免疫的關係,進一步的探討運動選手從事激烈運動訓練時,防範因運動所導致的免疫抑制,及在膳食營養攝取上的問題,提供從事激烈運動訓練的選手在營養攝取上的參考。
