肌肉功能與肌電訊號間的反應情形是目前神經肌肉科學最主要的研究範疇,許多研究皆藉由評估肌電訊號反應來了解該肌群的肌肉功能或肌纖維型態,並且也廣泛的被使用於評價運動選手的肌肉功能的參考指標(De Luca, 1997)。目前為止,較常被使用的肌電訊號指標包含均方根肌電值(RMS)、積分肌電值(IEMG)、平均功率頻率(MPF)以及肌電訊號延遲(EMD),並且認為肌電振幅可以作為評價運動單位招募數量的多寡,肌電頻率則作為招募肌纖維型態的主要依據,而肌電訊號與產生力量的時間差則作為神經肌肉效率的指標。基此,不同的運動型態或肌肉功能特性皆會有不同的肌電訊號反應,但尚無相關文獻針對該部分做進一步的整合與探討。因此,本研究探討主題將鎖定在肌電訊號原理、肌肉疲勞與肌電訊號反應以及肌肉損傷與肌電訊號反應變化等部份進一步的作相關文獻的整合與探討,並希望能藉此研究提供運動科學人員及運動選手相關訊息。
