Due to knowledge-based economy, creativity has become one of primary teaching goals at all levels of education in Taiwan; in particular, it has become a critical training for all business majors. Thus, this study aimed at exploring business majors' improvements on creativity in terms of creative thinking and creative personality after implementing creative English teaching. Research methods included experimental teaching, questionnaires of self-perceived gains, oral interviews, audio-taping and videotaping. Findings indicate that the creative English teaching is beneficial to foster business majors’ creativity, including creative thinking abilities such as sensitivity, originality, flexibility, fluency, elaboration, etc., and creative personalities such as courage, tolerance, endurance, imagination, etc. More details of pedagogical implications and recommendations for future research are discussed and proposed in the paper as well.
