本文旨在從台灣當前政府與民間推動的產業文化資產保存內容，以及世界產業文化資產 的保存現況與理念，來論述軌道產業在進行內部文化資產的保存上，所需強調的觀念與價值， 以及需留意觀察與想像建構，諸如軌道產業在技術與社會實踐的特質，以及在時間與空間的 發展向度中，有哪些值得加以紀錄保存的現象。 本文在促使軌道產業內部可從保存目標的統合中，以強烈的動機，規劃出有效的徵集計 畫與行動綱領。

The purpose of this article is to introduce the connotation of the industrial heritage set into action by the government and private sector in Taiwan, and the concept and the current development of industrial heriatges in the world. Furthermore, a discourse will be developed to point out what kind of notions and value should be emphasized and what kind of observation and imaginationshould be delibratedly contstructed, before a rail industry setting out a preservation plan for their own cultural heritage. For instance, the nature of rail industry practices in the context of technology and society, and what phenomena are worthy to be recorded and preserved in the developmental context of time and space. This article is to encourage rail industries to produce an operative collection plan and action scheme, based on an integrated preservation objective with a strong intention.
