保存捷運文化資產已成日受重視的趨勢，本文將就臺北捷運軌道工程自1990 年以來，歷 經18 年的發展過程中，針對具有價值性、歷史性或獨特性之軌道材料、運輸機具、施工設備、 量規及測試儀錶等各項臺北捷運軌道工程發展過程中之器具之演進歷程說明，並做為爾後建 置捷運數位博物館的基本素材。

Recognizing the importance of conserving the MRT’s cultural legacy is an increasingly important trend. This article will review the 18 year evolution and development of Taipei MRT since it began in 1990, and focus on the track material, transportation plants, construction equipment, measuring meters and instruments which are deemed valuable and exceptional in Taipei MRT history. A complete delineation of each device’s evolution will be presented in this article which is also intended to be the basic material to be applied in the setup of an MRT digital museum.
